This class explores the use of different breathing techniques, sound, mudras, and guided meditations to promote a calm, clear, focused mind; as well as stress relief and sleep regulation.

Vinyasa/Slow Flow

Check out this flow style class in which postures are linked with breath at a mindful pace to assist you in bringing more awareness to alignment and safe transitions . This class requires the student to get up and down from the floor through sun salutations.
